Brand kit questions
What size is a standard business card?
3.5 × 2 inches in the US (89 × 51 mm); 85 × 55 mm in most of Europe. Add a 0.125 in (3 mm) bleed and keep text 0.125 in from the edge. Full details in the print specs.
How many colours should a brand use?
Two main colours and one neutral. One of the main colours must give at least 4.5:1 contrast with white or black for text; the kit builder shows the ratio.
Can I extract colours from my logo?
Yes. Upload the logo above; the five dominant colours are read in your browser (nothing is uploaded) and matched with named colours in ColorsLovers.
What should a starter brand kit include?
Business card, a sticker or product label, a loyalty or appointment card, a flyer or price list, and a return-address stamp. Order them in one design series so they match.
